Thank you for purchasing from Design Minez! We take pride in providing high-quality collectibles to schools. This Refund Policy explains when refunds, replacements, or credits may be issued.

By placing an order with Design Minez, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of custom-designed and bulk-distributed school collectibles, all sales are generally final.
However, we do offer refunds or replacements in certain circumstances, as outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

We accept refund or replacement requests only if:

A. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or defective:

  • Notify us within [5 days] of delivery

  • Provide a description of the issue

  • Include photos of the product and packaging
    We will review your claim and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

B. Incorrect Items Received

If you receive the wrong products:

  • Contact us within [5 days]

  • Provide order details and photos of the incorrect items
    We will ship the correct items at no additional cost.

C. Missing Items

If parts of your order are missing:

  • Notify us within [5 days]
    We will ship the missing items free of charge.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after order placement

  • Custom or personalized items created specifically for your school

  • Orders placed with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

  • Items lost due to the school not retrieving or distributing packages internally

  • Wear, tear, or damage occurring after delivery

4. Return Process

If a return is required:

  2. Wait for return instructions (including return shipping address).

  3. Return the item in its original packaging when possible.

Unauthorized returns will not be eligible for refunds.

Return shipping:

  • If the error was ours → We cover return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to other reasons → The customer/school is responsible for shipping costs.

5. Refund Processing

After receiving and inspecting the returned item (if applicable):

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

  • Processing time is typically [1–2 business days], depending on the payment provider.

  • Store credit or replacement items may be issued instead of a monetary refund when appropriate.

We will notify you via email once your refund decision has been completed.

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Exchanges for other reasons are not accepted.

7. Bulk or District Orders

For large school or district-wide orders:

  • Refunds are limited to defective or incorrectly fulfilled items.

  • Replacement items may be shipped in bulk depending on the issue and order size.
